Delivery

Delivery charges normally apply for all flagstones and accessories orders in the UK.

We can deliver from a single pallet up to a full articulated lorry load. The delivery cost is calculated at the time of checkout and is based on your post code.
For areas outside mainland UK please contact us for a delivery price.

Delivery Information

Delivery can be arranged to the UK, Europe and Worldwide.

We use a pallet delivery service for all Flagstone deliveries to UK. Delivery is made by a lorry with tail-lift to kerbside. A pump pallet truck is used to transport the pallets from the tail-lift to the nearest hard-standing. If you have a gravel, shingle or other non hard-standing driveway, this will be kerbside. The driver is contracted to deliver to kerbside, any other areas will be at his/her own discretion. The driver is not responsible for handling the flagstones, please ensure you have assistance available to do so.

RESTRICTED ACCESS: Please inform us of any difficulty in accessing your property i.e. narrow roads, sharp bends, low bridges etc. – our standard service may not be suitable. If the driver is unable to gain access to your property, your pallets will be returned to the local depot, which may incur additional charges.
