How do we make our Farmhouse Flagstones?
We love to make. Our aim is to produce innovative solid surfaces and our range of stylish flagstones are virtually indistinguishable from real stone. Attention to detail is the key here!
Firstly, we take a cast from a range of original old flagstones – this gives us our ‘master mould. We also make sure we have a large number of different mould surface patterns and sizes to ensure sufficient natural variation in the surface across a large area of floor.
Next we reproduce enough of these moulds to scale up production; with eight different sizes and 19 different patterns to avoid repetition, that’s a lot of moulds!

View some examples here, to see how the original stone texture is transferred through the mould to the surface of the flagstones.
